Under the EU-Turkey Cooperation Scheme on Hazelnuts, delegations from the European Union and Turkey met in Istanbul / Turkey on 23rd September 2011, in order to review the 2010-2011 campaign, and inform on the 2011-2012 campaign.
Delegations gave presentations on crop estimates, trade developments, price evolution, exports, consumption and end-season-stocks, as well as information and preview of the 2010/2011 campaign. The meeting was organised in the coordination of The Ministry of Economy of Republic of Turkey and by the organisation of Istanbul Exporters' Associations.
